If these questions resonate - keep reading my fellow burned out, overachiever, degree collecting, professional rockstar.

When you look at the next 20 years, do you see yourself working the way you are today?

Do you see yourself waking up, hitting that alarm, rushing to your jam packed job, and keeping your sanity in tact for 20+ years?

Do you find yourself saying “I can’t wait to retire,” in your 30’s?

Let me ask you

Have you talked yourself out of your dreams thinking “I shouldn’t complain, I have it better than most. I have no reason to be unhappy, maybe something is wrong with me for not being satisfied?"

Did you start with a big dream of wanting to change the world only to become jaded by the overwhelming healthcare system?

Do you think investing in a coach is irresponsible and not equal to investing in formal education but you’re sick of delayed gratification and READY to take a chance on yourself?

Have you spent your whole career climbing the academic ladder ONLY to wonder “why did we work this hard, ONLY to work this hard”?

Are you tired of being made to feel guilty for having free time in your schedule and ready to let go of your workaholism badge?

(trust me, I've been there too)

Tell me if this sounds like you

Do you think “This is just how my industry is, I signed up for this, it’s my duty. I can’t abandon my clients or patients, that would be weak of me. What would my colleagues think?”

Becoming a doctor is an all-in life decision I made at age 17. You are probably in a career with a similar length of dedication and level of grit required to get to where you are. Keep your head down and GO, right? However, deep down, you may want to teach meditation, become a life coach, or teach others how to make cool unique cocktails - just as a few examples.

How the hell do I make real money from that?

You think it would feel great to just not feel how you’re feeling right now.

that was me too.

Guess what

We always hear stories of “the lawyer who quit law school to become a voice actor” or something super off the wall. Our academic-tracked brains can’t fathom that level of risk - but secretly we want to if we knew we’d make it. We make up scenarios of they must have had it easier somehow to be able to do that, and that isn’t MY life.

The difference between that person and you? Investment in the right people to help you, and following through with intentional, guided action, that is authentic to who you really are.

Your degree(s), experience, and grind is not gone to waste! It’s a part of your journey, a stepping stone with valuable lessons that will surely come up in your favor on this next endeavor.

You have one life to live.

you get to pivot at any moment so you can be sure to not spend it in robotic, lifeless, desert of 9-5 monotony.

To set your own work schedule with flexibility that works for your desired lifestyle

A positive relationship with money where we are attracting it instead of working ourselves to death

To NEVER dread another Monday because you're working in your dream job already

To THRIVE where you feel naturally gifted where work doesn't feel like work anymore

I know

you really want

This is exactly what we do when you’re in From Practice to Purpose. You will create your unique, happy life by creating an offer that you are STOKED about and believe in.

I’m not your run of the mill online coach. Sure, I have the degrees to back it up - but more importantly I took the risk myself and know all those fears in your head right now that have stopped you from taking the same risk - until now.

Connecting with your coach is the single most important first step to your success. Without this, the action will be difficult to follow through on your end. The match has to be right - like any relationship. I want you to thrive. For you to thrive, there has to be trust. Trust fuels action.

Start working through all of your frears , and as you demolish your limiting beliefs your offer will appear clearer than the glass covering your diploma(s) on the wall behind you.

Why me?

I get where you are right now.

01.

Get clear on the life you really want, your vision and purpose.

Together we will lay the groundwork to create a real business!

You have to walk before you run, this program is the foundation that every new entrepreneur in transition needs. This is your business “couch to 5K” program. During the 12 weeks you'll:

what will you learn?

Now,

02.

Demolish your limiting beliefs and create an abundance mindset.

03.

Learn marketing and branding authentically and intuitively.

04.

Create an offer you are stoked to sell.

Without these mindset shifts, you’ll experience resistance creating the tangible items. You will be fearful to show up online, and will stay where you are.

Things don’t have to be difficult.

It’s important that we WORK ON MINDSET WHILE tackling the strategy itself. Every house needs a solid foundation

When I coach weight loss as an obesity doctor, we spend a lot of time on mindset to prevent rebound weight gain and lifestyle failure. This is where I thrive, helping you see the world differently first, and working in that realm of possibility rather than your current space.

These 8 weeks will not only give you the desired tangible outcome of an offer ready to use, but more importantly it will transform the way you view business, money, and freedom.

We will meet virtually as a group to discuss each topic with time for Q&A.

What Others Have Said

For the last year I’ve felt pulled in a different direction. Not a completely different “field” but a different atmosphere. I’ve felt unappreciated and overworked for quite some time.

Danielle not only encouraged me to move on, she lead me in the exact direction to help me start my entrepreneur journey. She has a knack for seeing the whole person, pinpointing their strengths, and talking them through their personal reservations. She never hesitates to push you to be better and analyzes setbacks and ways to move past them.

Danielle is able to use her own personal experiences and journey to find a middle ground with her clients. I have never had any reservations about the guidance she has given me and as I continue to build my business I will use the tools and strategies Danielle has taught me. I appreciate this journey so much more because of all that she has done for me.

Suzi, Founder of Come to the Table, Special Edu Teacher

Dr. Dondiego has made a profound impact in my life. What makes her stand out from all others is she has gone through it herself.

When I first decided to go back to school for physical therapy, it was not easy and I thought of quitting most days. She coached me through each step reminding me to "keep going, it somehow works out."

That little phrase meant everything during that time. She guided me on establishing healthy relationships with professors. She got back to me right away everyday I had a question. She is thorough, consistent, and personable.

She is reliable and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Abigail, Writer & Doctor of physical therapy student

Danielle has helped me with three pivoting moments in my career. She has guided me into becoming a Triple Board Certified Endocrinologist, certified in Obesity Medicine, with an Internal Medicine background. With her guidance, not only was I able to acquire my extra certification which has since opened many new doors for me, but was also able to learn an entirely new language in order to practice medicine in a predominantly Spanish speaking community. Most recently, with her guidance, I have left a position that valued patient volume over quality based care to now work in a company that truly values quality more than quantity. I am far happier in my current position as a Tele-Endocrinologist where I am able to not only do what I love, but maintain a healthy work-life balance. Danielle has been someone I can rely on throughout these transitions in my career, has believed in me, and has helped me achieve what I previously hadn’t even dreamnt of. Her sound advice, kindness, and intellect is truly valuable and I am glad to hear she is using her skills to guide others!

Are you ready to dive in?

Now,

I went from personal trainer → physician → obesity specialist → self-care coach → business/career coach in the last decade.

As I coached more and more professionals with their selfcare practices, I realized there were lost pieces of our true self that had been left when we got on the train towards the big goal (like becoming a doctor).

Those talents and gifts we once had took a back seat, and labeled as hobbies. More and more I found clients searching for ways to spend more time doing those things they love, and wondering if they could make money from it as a productive outlet.

This is where Practice to Purpose came to life.

Why I created

practice to purpose
